Babbling Brook (no not her)

I had a few minutes free of my clients up at Moraine lake today so I went for a walk and came across this little stream.
It was sounding particularly soothing and whatnot so I thought I would record a few seconds of video with my little camera to see if I could capture the feeling of the place and take it home with me.
As I feared though, the computerized version pales in comparison to the real thing. I guess you just had to be there, as they say.

Still, if you ever feel like you need a little break please feel free to click on this video for a full 14 seconds of free video-hydro-relaxation therapy.

That was awesome Lorin. (But now I really have to go to the bathroom!!). I will probably be visiting this little clip often for relaxation (hey, 14 seconds is 14 seconds!!!). Is it hard to make these little movies? I way prefer the PEACEFUL sound of your babbling Brook over my "babbling Brook" somedays! ha ha.

Jewel, it's pretty easy to make these movies. Just go to the site and sign up for free then you can start making them. To make a video you click on the "create a new montage" button and it will take you through the steps to make a clip. You just need the video clip you want to use saved on your computer so you can upload it to the site when it asks you to choose it. You should give it a try for sure.

ya know there is something about nature that is absolutly soothing. I heard someone say that people like to be around nature because it is the only thing in this world that is 100% obedient. A therapist tells her clients to go touch a piece of nature when they need a boost or a rejuvenation, and it helps. I think I heard this at time out for women, can't remember though, but never really thought about it like that before, but when I heard it did make sense. It does give off a feeling of peace and solitute, which I guess helps one to think clearly about things one may be thinking of, especially in places like this brook. pretty cool to catch it in the moments. Something to think about anyways.
